I am convinced there are those
Who tie themselves to the Earth
There are those who cover their eyes
So as not to see
The profuse marvels, beauties, and truths.

They cover their ears
And do not hear
Nature singing in rhapsody.

How can I help not joining in
To become and be
A part of such a splendid choir.

Be blind if you wish
Be deaf if you choose
But I –
I will see the marvels, the beauties, the truths,
I will hear Nature’s Song
And with Her
I will sing with rapture.
