We are!
How would we perceive ourselves
If we were not?

We cannot know
Whether or not
Others perceive us,
But we perceive them,
Or what we think to be them.

We know that they are
Even though they may not.

We are not a rock
That does not perceive.
We are the Earth
Shaped,
Molded,
Transformed
Into flesh,
Blood,
Mind,
Perception,
Reason,
Love,
Compassion.

We are,
And we know we are.
We are.
Therefore we should think.
